There’s a term for fashion waste, called residue. It is a waste that is difficult to recycle, so it is likely to be thrown into landfill. The most popular reason for disposing of clothes is because they no longer fit. Other common reasons to throw clothes away are because they’re damaged and because they have developed a fault. Some have thrown away clothes because they are bored of wearing it.
